Clare Valley Cost Of Production Workshop #2

We are inviting growers who have a good understanding of their operating costs to participate in the Cost of Production pre workshops to assist in formulating the regional cost of production.
 

If you participated in the original workshops, we would greatly value your involvement again, as your knowledge will help ensure the data remains accurate and relevant. We also encourage growers who have not previously participated to get involved and contribute their perspectives.

Determining regional Cost of Production has been identified as a key priority area for growers across the state. The Wine Grape Council of South Australia is supporting the definition of robust, region specific Cost of Production values that will support meaningful benchmarking ahead of next year’s growing season.

This workshop will build on the Clare Valley's initial Cost of Production work to create scenario specific, holistic cost of production estimates for the region.

Gowers will then have access to data specific to their production system and allow timely, practical insights to guide decision making during planning their vineyard activities. This data will also form the basis for the future Grow strong programs which seek to improve your viticulture business with strategic management and planning resources.

IMPORTANT: All information shared during the workshops will be treated confidentially and will only be used to develop aggregated regional benchmarks. Individual business information will not be identified or published.
